Welcome to the official site of Newton and Kepler!

Newton and Kepler were born on March 5th, 2002. These two brothers came from a litter of nine puppies, and their mother, Mora, gave birth to them in the back of a car while the family was driving from North to South Carolina.

Newton and Kepler now live in Southern California, in a big house with a big backyard and plenty of rabbits and squirrels to chase, which they will do as soon as they are bigger than the rabbits and squirrels. Currently, their favorite pastimes are eating, sleeping, and playing with their sock.

Our Names

Newton is named after Sir Isaac Newton (1642-1727), an English physicist and mathematician who singlehandedly contributed more to the development of science than any other individual in history. Newton is best know as the "inventor" of gravity.

Kepler is named after Johannes Kepler (1571-1630), a German mathematician and astronomer who, for the formulation of his laws of planetary motion, is considered the founder of physical astronomy.
